May 2019 Overview (Compared to May 2018)
•Closed sales decreased 7.2% for detached homes, and 7.6% for attached homes.
•Pending sales increased 1.6% for detached homes, and decreased 1.9% for attached homes.
•Inventory decreased 1.4% for detached homes, and increased 14.3% for attached homes.
•The median sales price was up 2.3% to $660,000 for detached homes, and up 3.2% to $420,000 for attached homes.
•Days on market increased 11.5% for detached homes, and 28.6% for attached homes.
