March 2019 Overview (Compared to March 2018)

•Closed sales decreased 7.1% for detached homes, and 15.2% for attached homes.

•Pending sales increased 6.8% for detached homes, and 6% for attached homes.

•Inventory increased 3% for detached homes, and 18.6% for attached homes.

•The median sales price was down 0.8% to $630,000 for detached homes, and up 2.7% to $420,000 for attached homes.

•Days on market increased 25% for detached homes, and 45.8% for attached homes.

•Supply increased 3% for detached homes, and 18.6% for attached homes.
