Your entryway is like the  runway to your home, so we want to make it appealing to potential buyers. Here are a few tips for making your entryway more inviting:

•Eliminate cobwebs and clean doorway area, windows, and porchlight.
•Wash siding. Use a pressure washer, or a bucket of warm water with dish detergent and a soft brush. If pressure washing stucco, be careful not to damage the stucco.
•Patch and paint where needed, especially door and trim.
•Inspect appearance of interior window coverings as seen from the entry.
•Consider adding pots of flowering plants in the entryway.
