The landscape of the Carmel Mountain Ranch community continues to shift, as the former golf course is developed into The Trails at Carmel Mountain Ranch.

Our drone videographer is periodically flying over the area to track how it changes over time. Up to this point, significant grading has already been done on units #1, #8, #9, #10, and #11. Work has started on other parts of the property as well.

We will be posting regular updates with new drone flyovers.
